The façade is modern and practical – a ventilated ceramic granite façade with a lifespan of over 50 years, without repair costs! After a simple wash, it looks the same as it did 10 years ago: it does not crack and does not fade. The ventilated façade system with mineral wool insulation is the most effective thermal insulation solution: 100 mm of eco-friendly mineral wool, mechanically fixed (not glued), plus a windproof membrane, also mechanically fixed. This allows proper ventilation of the façade, ensuring air circulation and a healthy microclimate – it is not covered with adhesives, paints, or plasters that block natural air exchange.
