CHIEF ENGINEER

• plans, organizes, and monitors the entire activity at the company level;
• oversees the execution of works, their quality, and adherence to established deadlines;
• ensures work is carried out in accordance with the execution project, intervenes with constructive solutions to optimize costs;
• Prepares/approves comprehensive supply plans for all sites;
• Participates in drafting specifications for the selection/contracting of subcontractors for various work sections;
• Coordinates the activities of the purchasing and logistics department;

• follows up on the achievement of objectives;
• monitors the progress of work in terms of quantity and quality;
• determines the work volume of the team, based on competencies;
• Ensures coordination of changes with designers and follows their implementation in the sites.
